About the author:
Originally from Linstead, Jamaica, scholar Dr. Anserd Julius “AJ” Foster has both education and ministry in his blood. His educational journey began in the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management at Louisiana State University (LSU). Two master’s degrees from LSU in Environmental Soil Chemistry and from Mississippi State University in Agronomy/Soils follow his academic record. Dr. Foster received his Ph.D. in Crop Science at Oklahoma State University, where he works on improving fertilizers that help optimize global food production while reducing negative environmental impacts.
A committed family man and servant of Christ, Dr. Foster lives with his wife, Nancy, and their three daughters, Myla, Frances, and Mercie, in Springdale, Arkansas. The Fosters are dedicated members of Victory Church, pastored by Pastor Dr. Billy Coffman and Jeanne Coffman.
