This June, PMI Bluebonnet Realty proudly celebrates its 6th anniversary, marking an important milestone in its continued commitment to HOA management, property management, community management, condo associations, POA management, and board support throughout the Texas Hill Country, including Bulverde, Spring Branch, and surrounding communities. Under the leadership of Steven Poer, the company has built a reputation for trusted service, helping homeowners, association boards, vendors, and community partners protect property values and strengthen the communities they serve.

Over the past six years, PMI Bluebonnet Realty has had the privilege of serving 25 communities.
