Introducing JourneyTrack, a New CJM SaaS, Designed to Handle the Complexities and Needs of Enterprise-Level Teams

Key Lime Interactive, a leading US CX/UX research consultancy, recently announced the debut of their new Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) SaaS platform, JourneyTrackTM. Following a user-centered design process, Key Lime Interactive (KLI) designed JourneyTrack with feedback from several top clients to make it easy for enterprise organizations to understand, track, and prioritize their customer experience.

“About a year ago, alongside many of our enterprise clients, we started to attack the issues that many of us have with regards to creating, updating, and sharing customer journey maps… We took the opportunity to reimagine Journey Mapping,” says Ania Rodriguez, CEO and Founder of Key Lime Interactive.

Traditionally known as a research service provider who executes research to build CJMs, Key Lime Interactive took their work to a new level and built JourneyTrack.
