LAS VEGAS, NV – August 25, 2026 – ProveedorPro, a China sourcing and cross-border dropshipping fulfillment platform for ecommerce sellers, today announced a direct WooCommerce integration built for merchants who want to keep control of their WordPress storefront while connecting product sourcing, dropshipping order processing and shipment tracking to one operating workflow.
The WooCommerce dropshipping integration uses WooCommerce’s native authorization screen. A store administrator reviews and approves read/write access inside WooCommerce, eliminating the need to copy API credentials manually into ProveedorPro. Once connected, the platform registers signed webhooks for new and updated orders so the merchant’s store can send the information required for fulfillment as order activity occurs.
Dropshipping merchants can source a catalog product or request a quote for a product they already sell, review its images, description, pricing, options and variations, and then publish the prepared listing to WooCommerce. This connects the sourcing decision to the actual store listing without requiring the merchant to rebuild every product and variation by hand.
After a customer places an order, WooCommerce can send the order into ProveedorPro with the customer, delivery address, line items, quantities, selected variations, totals and currency needed for processing. ProveedorPro then coordinates dropshipping sourcing and direct-to-customer fulfillment from China through supported private shipping lines.
When tracking becomes available, ProveedorPro updates the matching WooCommerce order with the shipment status, tracking number, carrier and tracking link. A customer-visible order note can also carry the tracking information, helping the store maintain a current fulfillment record without requiring the seller to copy shipment details between systems.
“WooCommerce merchants choose WordPress because they want flexibility and control over how their stores operate,” said Maria Ortega, a ProveedorPro spokesperson. “Our integration respects that model. The storefront remains the merchant’s, while ProveedorPro connects the dropshipping work that begins after a product is sourced and continues through fulfillment and tracking.”
The connector adds an administration connection page and does not inject storefront badges, checkout fields, advertising, affiliate links or remote executable code. Merchants can disconnect by revoking the ProveedorPro REST API key from WooCommerce. This gives store operators a clear authorization and revocation path within the commerce system they already manage.
The direct integration is available through ProveedorPro independently of any WooCommerce Marketplace listing. ProveedorPro is preparing a separate Marketplace submission, but no Marketplace approval or endorsement is claimed in this announcement.
