Barry Mankin, the owner of 4 Corners Home Inspections, a Nashville-Based home inspection company, has earned the ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) designation from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ACIs are recognized for having the highest standards in the home inspection profession and are fully accredited by the Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
ASHI is the oldest and largest home inspection organization in the country and is the only association that certifies its inspectors. In order for Mankin to earn the ACI designation, he needed to meet a rigorous set of requirements, including passing exams including the ASHI Standard of Practice, the ASHI Code of Ethics, the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE), and completing a minimum of 250 fee-paid home inspections which undergo professional third-party review and verification.
